Come join students from across the University of Manitoba on the Day of Action, Feb 1st, as we take over University Centre! We’ll be based in University Centre on the Fort Garry Campus, in front of GOSA (Gallery of Student Art) with the following events:
| 9 AM to 1 PM | FREE coffee and hot chocolate, and the opportunity to ask questions and find out more about the issues that affect you as a student |
| 9:30 AM to 12 PM | Speakers Series – come listen to knowledgeable speakers talk on a series of Day of Action-related topics, from privatization to transportation! (The full list of speakers is below.) |
| 11 AM to 1 PM | FREE Hot Dog Lunch |
| 11:45 AM | Students will start leaving campus to meet up with the march downtown to the Manitoba Legislature |
Free bus tickets will be available for students going downtown to meet up with students from University of Winnipeg and Université de Saint-Boniface – tickets will also be available to get home after the march. The #60 bus leaves from Fort Garry campus for downtown every nine minutes. Come join the delegation!
